OpenGoon is an AI generation platform. OpenGoon does not produce, create, or commission photographs, videos, or depictions of real individuals engaged in sexually explicit conduct. Content generated via the Service is computer-generated and/or user-supplied material.

To the extent any content on this site may be deemed “sexually explicit,” OpenGoon is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and their implementing regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75), because OpenGoon is not a “producer” of depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as contemplated by those provisions.
